1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Agentic Labs Solutions LLC ("Agentic Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at contact@agenticlabs.io.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or these Terms, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, or scrape or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

3. Professional services

Any design, implementation, or operation of agentic systems is provided under a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property, warranties, data protection (including a DPA where applicable), and limitations of liability. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms, and marketing statements do not create binding commitments. Where our engagements involve AI systems, our Acceptable Use Policy also applies.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the Agentic Labs name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your internal, informational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, except as allowed by applicable law. Ownership of deliverables produced under an engagement is governed by the applicable services agreement.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content is for general information only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising under a professional services agreement is governed by that agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to a separate agreement, and to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
